Discovery Call New Client

During our discovery call, we’ll have the opportunity to discuss where you’re currently at in your journey and where you’d like to go.

This call is about getting to know each other, understanding how I can best support you, and making sure that my approach aligns with your goals.

If we feel aligned and you're ready to move forward, we can schedule your first session. My goal is to empower you to take charge of your life, make conscious choices, and move toward the outcomes you desire with clarity and confidence.

Personal Guidance Session

In this one-on-one guidance call, I’ll support you in getting clear on what’s holding you back and preventing you from living in alignment. Together, we’ll identify the limiting beliefs, patterns, and sabotaging behaviors that have kept you stuck, and work on shifting them so you can move forward with clarity and purpose.

This call is about healing and transformation—understanding how past experiences, especially from childhood, have shaped your mindset and the beliefs that are impacting your present life. If you’re feeling stuck or uncertain about the next step, this session will offer a space to reflect, gain insight, and begin making changes.

I use a holistic approach, including ancestral wisdom, breathwork, EFT tapping, and meditation, to help uncover the root of what’s holding you back. My focus is on healing childhood traumas, addressing limiting beliefs, and shifting the mindset that has kept you from creating the life you desire.

Sacred Medicines: Ceremony Prep & Integration Support

This support call offers a safe and understanding space to prepare for your plant medicine ceremony or integrate the experience afterward. Whether you need tools to stay centered and navigate challenges during ceremony, or support in making sense of the insights and applying them to your daily life, I am here to help.

Plant medicine work doesn’t begin and end with the ceremony itself—preparation and integration are essential for lasting transformation.

Areas of Support:
• Ceremony preparation: tools for balance, grounding, and navigating challenges
• Post-ceremony integration: understanding your experience and applying the lessons
• Establishing daily practices for cleansing, balance, and grounding

• Cancellation/Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment. However, you may reschedule for a later date.
• No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
